Explored churn behavior using SQL to clean and query the Telco dataset, followed by Tableau dashboard design for data storytelling.

Objective:
  • Who are the most loyal/high-spending customers?
  • What’s the repeat purchase rate?
  • Are we retaining customers over time or losing them?
  • Tools Used:
  • SQLite: Data cleaning, queries, recoding churn
  • Tableau: Dashboards, filters, tooltips
  • Insights:
  • Month-to-month users have the highest churn rate
  • Fiber internet subscribers are more likely to cancel
  • Customers in their first year of service churn the most
  • Outcome: Developed a clean and useful dashboard to visualize churn drivers. Practiced SQL for data wrangling and Tableau for storytelling.
